1. Acceptance of terms
By submitting your information on this landing page and/or joining Fit Pro Mentorship Review Group (the "Community"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information or join the Community.
2. Nature of the community
The Fit Pro Mentorship Review Group is a private Facebook Group where coaches and other professionals may share and access transparent, first-hand reviews and experiences relating to business mentors and coaching programs. The Community is a discussion forum only.
We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any review, opinion, or information posted by members. Content reflects the personal views of individual members and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
Some mentors, programs, or companies discussed in the Community may have affiliate or referral relationships with us, and we may receive compensation in connection with those relationships.
Any opinions, reviews, or experiences shared by members remain their own.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of or accessing the Community from the United States (or otherwise where permitted by law) to join. By submitting your information, you confirm you meet these requirements.
4. Communications consent — CAN-SPAM & TCPA
By providing your email address, you consent to receive email communications from us, including information about the Community, updates, and related content. You may opt out at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or by emailing [email protected].
By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us regarding your membership and Community updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Reply HELP for help. This consent is not a condition of any purchase or membership.
We may also use your information to improve our marketing and show you relevant advertisements across platforms.
5. Member conduct
All members agree to:
Post only honest, good-faith reviews based on your genuine personal experience and avoid making unverifiable or misleading claims.
Not post defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful content
Not promote, advertise, or solicit other members without prior permission
Not impersonate any person or entity
Comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards
We reserve the right to remove any member or content that violates these standards at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Community and all content within it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any member reviews or content. Your reliance on any information within the Community is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fit Pro Mentorship Review Group and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Community or its content.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Fit Pro Mentorship Review Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and use your content within the Community and related materials. You agree not to reproduce or redistribute content posted by other members without their permission.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Community following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
